Custom Prosthetics

$300.00$200.00

Introducing our custom prosthetics designed specifically for pets with amputated or deformed limbs that hinder mobility and comfort. Available in three sizes—small, medium, and large—our prosthetics cater to the unique needs of each pet. Crafted from durable thermoplastic, these prosthetics are not only reliable but also feature padded interiors to maximize comfort during use. To ensure a perfect fit, we create each prosthetic from a custom cast mold, which will be mailed to clients upon receipt of payment. Our mission is to help restore your pet's mobility and enhance their quality of life with our innovative solutions.

Our ordering process is simple and designed with your convenience in mind. Once payment is submitted, we’ll send you a free casting kit along with detailed instructions via email on how to take a mold of your pet’s leg. After you complete the casting, mail the kit back to us so we can begin crafting your pet’s custom prosthetic.

If the cast is not usable, we’ll send a replacement kit for a $20 fee. During the manufacturing process, we may contact you for additional measurements to ensure the best possible fit.

Once we receive a usable cast, it typically takes about 2 weeks to complete your device. Please note that this timeline may vary due to factors such as shipping delays or material availability.

At our company, we take pride in providing custom-fitting devices tailored to individual needs. However, it is important to note that refunds are not available for these items. If a device does not fit properly, we are dedicated to rectifying the issue by offering a replacement or remolding it at no additional cost, and the purpose of our rigorous quality control measures is to prevent situations like this. Additionally, we understand that not all animals may accept prosthetics or assistive devices due to their unique temperaments and behaviors, such as chewing and not all dogs with amputations are adequate candidates for prostheses. Consequently, clients should be aware that our no-refund policy applies in these circumstances as well. Moreover, we do not issue refunds for complaints regarding sores, blisters, or other skin conditions attributed to the device since these claims cannot be substantiated. We appreciate your understanding of our policies as we strive to deliver the best service possible.

The client acknowledges that assistive devices are not a cure for medical conditions such as cancers, infections, or trauma. It is essential to consult a veterinarian for appropriate treatment options. Regarding our warranty, if the product or any of its components sustain damage within four months of delivery to the pet, the client should mail the device back to us and we will repair the damaged component at no cost. However, this warranty does not apply if the device was misused, if proper instructions were not followed, or if the pet chewed or intentionally damaged the product.
