Custom Braces

$350.00$225.00

Our custom braces are designed to provide optimal support and stabilization for various joint conditions. Available in three varieties—knee braces, tarsus (ankle) braces, and carpus (wrist) braces—these products cater to a range of injuries and ailments. Conditions such as CCL ligament injuries, arthritis, and luxating patella may necessitate the use of custom braces to alleviate lameness and swelling. Furthermore, these braces are beneficial in post-surgical recovery, helping to prevent further damage while promoting healing. Whether your pet is recovering from an injury or requires ongoing joint support, our custom braces offer a tailored solution for enhancing mobility and overall well-being.

Our ordering process is straightforward and designed for your convenience. Once you submit your payment, you'll receive an email containing a Measurements Form and an instructional video that guides you on how to measure your dog's knee, ankle, or wrist accurately. Additionally, we will request information about your pet, including any past injuries, to help us set the appropriate goals for the brace. After you've taken the measurements and completed the form, simply email it back to us. In some cases, a casting kit may be sent to you for free in order to ensure a proper fit. We will then initiate the manufacturing process, which typically takes around two weeks. Please note that there may be unforeseen delays, such as shipping issues, that are beyond our control. Thank you for trusting us with your pet’s needs; we look forward to creating a custom brace for them!

At VetCraft, we take pride in providing custom-fitting devices tailored to individual needs. However, it is important to note that refunds are not available for these items. If a device does not fit properly, we are dedicated to rectifying the issue by offering a replacement or remolding it at no additional cost, and the purpose of our rigorous quality control measures is to prevent situations like this. Additionally, we understand that not all animals may accept braces or assistive devices due to their unique temperaments and behaviors, such as chewing and not all dogs with certain injuries are adequate candidates for braces. Consequently, clients should be aware that our no-refund policy applies in these circumstances as well. Moreover, we do not issue refunds for complaints regarding sores, blisters, or other skin conditions attributed to the device since these claims cannot be substantiated. We appreciate your understanding of our policies as we strive to deliver the best service possible.

The client acknowledges that assistive devices are not a cure for medical conditions such as cancers, infections, or trauma. It is essential to consult a veterinarian for appropriate treatment options. Regarding our warranty, if the product or any of its components sustain damage within four months of delivery to the pet, the client should mail the device back to us and we will repair the damaged component at no cost. However, this warranty does not apply if the device was misused, if proper instructions were not followed, or if the pet chewed or intentionally damaged the product.
