So that we can help as many pets as possible, we ask that satisfied clients share their pet’s journey with their new devices on social media. However, we understand that not every client has social media, amongst other limitations. We will regularly check in with clients to check on their pet’s progress in their device and to receive photos of the pets in their device to highlight on our own social media and online platforms.*

Standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Some VetCraft custom designs and intellectual property are not yet fully protected by law. To ensure that we can help as many pets as possible, we ask that clients requesting a Custom Revolutionary Mobility Aid sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

This Agreement is entered by and between VetCraft (“Disclosing Party”) and [Client Name] (“Receiving Party”).

This Agreement is entered into as of today's date by and between VetCraft (“Disclosing Party”) and [Client Name] (“Receiving Party”).*

1. Purpose: VetCraft is engaged in the research, design, and manufacturing of innovative, custom assistive devices for animals. The Receiving Party desires to access such a device for their animal and, in doing so, may receive or be exposed to confidential and proprietary information belonging to VetCraft.

2. Definition of Confidential Information: For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes but is not limited to all designs, specifications, prototypes, drawings, schematics, 3D models, written or oral descriptions, materials, methods, engineering processes, techniques, business strategies, pricing, customer lists, and all other non-public technical or business information disclosed by VetCraft, whether in written, oral, electronic, or any other form.

3. Obligations of the Receiving Party: The Receiving Party agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent of VetCraft; Not to reverse engineer, duplicate, replicate, or use any part of the Confidential Information for purposes other than those expressly authorized by VetCraft; Not to file for any intellectual property rights based on or derived from the Confidential Information; To take all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of the disclosed information (including but not limited to preventing unauthorized access).

4. Term: This Agreement shall remain in effect fo until such time as all Confidential Information disclosed under this Agreement becomes publicly known and made generally available through no action or inaction of the Receiving Party.

5. Return or Destruction of Materials: Upon written request by VetCraft, the Receiving Party shall return or destroy all documents and materials containing or representing Confidential Information.

6. No License or Ownership Transfer: Nothing in this Agreement grants the Receiving Party any rights in or to the Confidential Information except the limited right to evaluate and use it solely for the purpose of receiving a VetCraft custom assistive device.

7. Remedies: The Receiving Party acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to VetCraft for which monetary damages may be inadequate. VetCraft is entitled to seek injunctive relief and all other legal or equitable remedies.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and discussions.

VetCraft Warranty Policy

We guarantee that your custom device is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers structural integrity of the device and manufacturing defects that impact the device’s functionality. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from regular use after the 90 day period, damage caused by improper use, handling, or care of the device, modifications or repairs performed by any third party, changes in your pet’s condition or measurements that require adjustments or a new device, or damage caused by chewing, scratching, or other destructive behaviors by the pet. If you believe your device has a defect covered under this warranty within the warranty period, please contact us and we will repair or replace the device at no additional cost.

VetCraft Adjustments and Modifications Policy

Minor adjustments to improve fit or comfort within the 90 day period may be performed free of charge. After this period, adjustments will incur a small fee. In these instances, clients must cover the shipping fees (we are proud to cover the initial shipping fees).Client understands that the pet should never be unsupervised while using the device and client releases us from any liability regarding any incidental, indirect, or consequential injury or damages arising from the use of the device.

VetCraft Liability Waiver and Release

By purchasing, using, or allowing your pet to use any product provided by VetCraft, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
You understand and acknowledge that the use of prosthetics, braces, mobility aids, or any other assistive device for animals involves certain inherent risks. These may include—but are not limited to—injury to your pet, injury to other animals, or injury to yourself or others during application, adjustment, or use.
Proper Use and Monitoring
VetCraft’s devices must be used as instructed and under appropriate supervision. Devices are intended solely for the animal and purpose for which they were prescribed or recommended. Improper use, unauthorized modification, or failure to monitor your pet during use increases the risk of harm.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VetCraft, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of any VetCraft device or product.
No Guarantees of Outcome
While our devices are designed using sound veterinary and engineering principles, VetCraft makes no guarantees regarding specific medical outcomes or functional improvements. Individual results will vary depending on the pet’s condition, health, behavior, and other factors.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VetCraft and its representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the use of any VetCraft product.
Consultation with a Veterinary Professional
You affirm that you have consulted with a licensed veterinarian regarding the suitability of the device for your pet’s condition and will continue to do so as needed. VetCraft is not responsible for injuries or complications that arise from failure to seek or follow appropriate veterinary care.
